About the WIBC

The Women in Business Connection (WIBC) is a metro Boston based community of women business owners. The WIBC cultivates community and connections through bi-monthly lunches, networking events, speakers, and entrepreneurial mastermind groups which bring women together to share experience and enthusiasm for business and beyond.

Mission
The Women in Business Connection enables women business owners to connect with people and ideas that help their businesses thrive. We:

• provide opportunities for women business owners, entrepreneurs, and sole practitioners to build successful businesses
• create a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages networking
• facilitate learning that enhances individual competence and organizational excellence
• promote an open and respectful atmosphere for idea-generation, problem-solving, and decision making
